Conformable films<\/h2>\n

[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text disabled_on=”on|on|on” admin_label=”Beschreibung” _builder_version=”3.22.4″ text_line_height=”2em” max_width=”700px” animation_style=”slide” animation_direction=”top” animation_intensity_slide=”5%” disabled=”on” locked=”off”]Unter unserer Marke Heat Shield\u00ae<\/sup> pr\u00e4sentiert MSC Polymer eine neue Serie von Hochtemperatur Trennfolien und Presspolster, <\/strong>die f\u00fcr Laminiertemperaturen von > 300\u00b0 C. geeignet sind.<\/p>\n

Infolge fortschreitend h\u00f6herer Taktzeiten von Bauelementen, hat DuPont neue flexible Laminate & Deckfolien entwickelt, in welchen PTFE als Kleber mit einem entsprechend hohen Aufschmelzpunkt verwendet wird. Hierf\u00fcr standen aber bisher keine geeigneten Hilfsmaterialien zur Verf\u00fcgung oder nur bedingt taugliche L\u00f6sungen. Die von MSC Polymer urspr\u00fcnglich f\u00fcr DuPont Produkte entwickelten und patentierten Materialien, sind nat\u00fcrlich auch ideal geeignet f\u00fcr das Verpressen z.B. von LCP Produkten oder Multilayern auf Basis von Polyimid, PTFE und anderen Harzsystemen, die sehr hohe Presstemperaturen erfordern.

Conformable film ViaPad DAF-200R2<\/h3>\n

DAF-200R2 is a Polyvinylchloride (PVC) film with a thickness of 200 \u00b5m. Based on that thickness and softness the product is optimally suited as conformable film for various applications like Al-heat sink pressing, coverlay pressing and much more. Good pressure distribution and levelling for epoxy and acrylic resin systems. Special stabilizers guarantee better temperature stability compared to other PVC films on the market. Our film does not include any substances listed in the SVHC-document.<\/p>\n

Conformable sheet ViaPad CF-120<\/h3>\n

CF-120 is a conformable sheet, which will be used for manufacture flexible and rigid-flex printed circuit boards. CF-120 consists of three layers. The core is made of Polypropylene (PP). This core is covered with a special release film on both sides. The release film is based on TPX without any coating. At a certain temperature the thermoplastic core starts to soften. Then the product covers any contour (e.g. circuitry) and guarantees a homogeneous pressure distribution.<\/p>\n

Then the product covers any contour (e.g. circuitry) and guarantees a homogeneous pressure distribution.<\/p>\n

CF-300 is a conformable sheet, which will be used for manufacture flexible and rigid-flex printed circuit boards. CF-300 consists of three layers. The core is made of Polyethylene (PE). This core is covered with UTF-100 film on both sides. At a certain temperature the thermoplastic PE-core starts to soften. Then the product covers any contour (e.g. circuitry) and guarantees a homogeneous pressure distribution.<\/p>\n
